Rare 1937 Wurlitzer Desk Case Spinet #161235
For your consideration we offer a very rare Desk Case Wurlitzer Spinet piano. The gorgeous mahogany veneers are book ended throughout, and the piano is completely refinished in a closed pore, rubbed satin finish with the original matching bench.
This rare and unique piano closes completely to replicate the 1930’s style desks that were manufactured at the time.
The interior has been completely cleaned, all new bass strings have been installed, all new dimensionally correct hammers have been installed, all new off white keytops have been installed, and all the pedals have been restored to function like new. The piano has been tuned and voiced to A-440 and the action plays like new!
This piano looks and plays like new and is the perfect complement to any decor. Pianos are no longer made in these smaller sizes so to find one in this exceptional condition is quite uncommon.
